How do we book a wedding video?

We set up a free consolation with couples to discuss all the options available to them and talk through what they want for their video.  This can happen in person, over the phone, or via Skype.

How does the booking process go?

After you decide what package you want, we will send over a contract for you to review and sign. Payment will be a 3 stage process. You just send the contract back to us with a 20% retainer fee/deposit to reserve your date. This is non-refundable. Another 40% is due at least 2 weeks before your wedding day. The remaining balance is due upon delivery.

How long does it take to see my wedding video?

Typically it takes 6-8 weeks. Rush services are available for an additional fee.

Do you shoot anything besides weddings?

We do. Vacations, once in a lifetime trips, and other special occasions that you want to remember forever.  We can be there to capture those moments for you. Call for specifics.  We also do corporate video work.  To see everything that our teams can do visit www.lavinciproductions.com  

When will you arrive on our wedding day?

You have us for the whole day.  We arrive as early as you like, usually around the time that the photographer or make-up crew arrives.  We will coordinate with you ahead of time.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We take cash, checks or credit. Checks can be made out to La Vinci Productions.
